The Gramgrocer Agreement

By using www.gramgrocer.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product Authenticity: We specialize in indigenous and natural varieties. Please note that natural produce may vary slightly in color, size, and texture compared to the photographs on the website.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Seasonal products (like Ratnagiri Hapus) are subject to availability. In the rare event that a crop is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will offer a full refund or a substitute of equal value.

  • Cancellations & Returns:

    • Perishables: Due to the nature of fresh fruits (Mangoes, Jambul, etc.) and frozen items, we do not accept returns. If you receive damaged produce, please report it within 4 hours of delivery with photos.

    • Grains/Pantry: Unopened packs of rice, pulses, and oils can be returned within 48 hours if there is a quality concern.

  • User Conduct: You agree to provide accurate information for delivery. Inaccurate addresses that lead to non-delivery will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
